ng comLAGOS – PREPARATIONS for NigeriaCom, the country’s biggest  telecommunications summit, have begun.

The event is set for the Oriental Hotel in Lagos on September 21-22.

Adam Thompson, Portfolio Manager, Africa Growth Markets at KNect365, said  like the telecoms industry, NigeriaCom was evolving to reflect the  enhanced roles of communication service providers in a digital landscape.

KNect365 are organising the event.

“At the heart of these developments is broadband and repositioning the  National Plan with the private sector agenda for mass commercial roll out  of 4G in 2017,” said Thompson.

He said businesses must be positioned to take full advantage of Nigeria’s broadband potential.

The conference will cover multiple themes around building robust digital  businesses, capitalising on new waves of demand for digital content and  making the transition to new platforms and mobility solutions.
