Lagos to host Cashless Africa 2017 expo

Mobile money expo set for LagosLAGOS, (CAJ News) – EXECUTIVES in the financial technology industry will converge in Lagos in March to explore developments in the sector.
They will meet under the aegis of the Cashless Africa 2017 on the 22nd and 23rd.
The CashlessAfrica conference is a platform for financial services supply side actors to share their innovation, rethink their current models and
gain valuable market insight, organizers said.
The conference agenda, keynote and interactive sessions will focus on topics such as digital bank and evolution, money and payments in Africa,
disruptive technologies and their impact on financial services in Africa, regulation and remittances.
Speakers already signed up are from Helix institute, Pwc Nigeria, Oradian, Millicom, Voguepay, Barclays Bank, Musoni, Wallettec, Konga, Redcloud,
TransferTo, Chamsmobile, ConnectAfrica, Hormuud Telecoms, Impala pay and M-paya.
Organizers said the choice of Lagos was apt, with the city being the conomic capital of Nigeria, Africa’s largest economy.
