ACCRA – TIGO, Ghana’s third largest mobile network operator, has partnered Ericsson to provide quality network service delivery.
Tigo Ghana Chief Executive Officer, Roshi Motman, said the partnership would culminate in the improvement of the company’s network as well as increase its penetration in the countryside.
“The partnership will guarantee network quality and optimisation, which is crucial for customer experience,” Motman said.
Motman said Ericsson was a world class communications technology whose service provision was tried and tested.
She said the strategic deal with Ericsson would enable Tigo increase its footprint throughout Ghana so customers enjoyed quality network as well as improved efficiency.
The Swedish based Ericsson will manage all TiGo’s network maintenance as well as boosting connectivity nationwide.
