Annets new MTN Chief Consumer Officer
JOHANNESBURG, (CAJ News) – MTN has appointed Larry Annetts to the position of Chief Consumer Officer.
The appointment, effective immediately, is part of the organisation’s ongoing quest to improve service quality and provide its customers with a distinct experience.
Mteto Nyati, MTN SA Chief Executive Officer, confirmed the appointment.
“Annetts has a strong bias towards action. He is also passionate about customer service. I believe he will make a noticeable change in
simplifying our products and customer facing processes and systems,” Nyati.
Annetts, Chief Marketing Officer before the appointment, welcomed the confidence MTN had demonstrated in him.
“I will approach this new challenge with the same vigour and enthusiasm . Our customers are the heartbeat of the business and I look forward to ensuring that we improve the quality of customer experience in all our channels,” said Annetts.
Annetts has been at MTN Group since 1995.
He served in a number of roles including serving as Chief Marketing Officer of MTN Nigeria and Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at MTN Irancell.
