Smart cities dominate key Nigeria ICT summit
LAGOS, (CAJ News) – ORGANISERS of NigeriaCom, the biggest information and communication technology summit in the country, are excited to host the Local Organizing Committee for the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Telecom World 2016.
NigeriaCom is set for Lagos on September 20-21.
Providing an early insight to the NigeriaCom audience, Yakubu Gontor, Chief Financial Officer at the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) will open with the national committee’s theme for the ITU event.
The theme is, “Smart Communities: the key to Digital Nigeria.”
The mission will be supporting a number of initiatives primarily highlighting investment opportunities in the Nigerian telecommunications sector.

ITU Telecom World is scheduled for Bangkok, Thailand in November.
